The following is our list of spare, unclaimed canons & semi canons at Malfoy Mansion.

If you only have 1 or 2 accounts here, please pick one of the following to play. Please bear in mind that some major canons require trial periods (test RP over PM) before being accepted and some will naturally have a smaller part to play than others. All canons have to be played as canon, but you will have more artistic licence with a minor canon that we don't know much about from JKR - ie you can make it your own character.

Please read the information given about the characters. You can find out more about a character if you look them up on the HP Lexicon -

Please help us by choosing the ones labelled as Major canons and urgently needed! Apply via PM to Silvery, Ophelia, or me or in this thread. If you would like to give up one of your non-canons to play a canon, please let us know.

All canon characters need to be kept active otherwise they go back on the list. Your character will be considered inactive if you have not made an in-character post in 3 weeks, you may get 1 week's grace on top of that if no one else wants your character or we don't urgently need your character for something.

Please read here for info about setting up a character, cameo roles and substitutes!


The names with question marks next to them means that they are currently inactive but have not been inactive for the 2 month cut-off point. You are able to put your name down for them and claim them once their 2 month deadline has passed and they have not been active.

Can i just ask (at the risk of sounding daft no doubt) but what is a canon character and what is a non-canon character? Bascially what does canon mena in this context? *can only think of canons pirate ship stylee*

A canon character is one that appears in the books i.e. Draco, Harry, Hermione.
Non canon characters are those that are not mentioned in the book (are made up) i.e. Miss Serpente, Dante Fuliteach, Kristoff Shadows.

Yes you could, though we have enough DEs for now, so I'd say go for a ministry worker (could be a Law Enforcer or Hit Wizard etc)

Hi,
I'm new at this website, but I do RP on six different sites, and have nineteen characters dotted around which I'm dedicated Too using.
I was wondering if there is a space for Pansy Parkinson, seeing as I am always on my computer and I'd be able to be on all the time, (From 4.00PM till about 1.00AM).
